I was really excited to try the Sena 10S, but I found the setup instructions a bit confusing. It took me longer than I expected to get everything working. The sound quality is solid, but I wish it was easier to navigate the features. It's alright, but not what I hoped for.

Stopped working after a month
I was really excited about the Sena 10S, but unfortunately, it stopped working after about a month of use. I followed all the care instructions, but it just won’t connect anymore. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Decent, but some hiccups
The Sena 10S works well most of the time, but I've had some issues with connectivity dropping occasionally. The audio is nice when it works, but sometimes it takes a bit to re-pair with my phone. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some improvements.
