POR-15 High Temp heat resistant paint is designed for use on metal surfaces subject to elevated temperatures. The coating is designed to protect steel that is exposed to heat ranges up to 1200F. This coating system provides excellent weathering. Resists mild industrial fumes and properly cured films will resist thermal shock.
Used this POR-15 paint on my car exhaust system and it’s holding up like a champ! The high heat resistance really shines through, and the flat black looks fantastic. It’s weather and moisture resistant too, which gives me peace of mind.

Great paint for my BBQ grill
I used the POR-15 High Temperature Paint on my BBQ grill and it worked wonderfully. The flat black finish looks sleek and it really holds up against the heat. Just a heads up, make sure to follow the instructions for curing, it makes all the difference!

Disappointed by the finish
I really wanted to love this high-temperature paint, but the flat black finish ended up looking a bit uneven on my metal surface. It adheres well and withstands heat, but I expected better aesthetic results. Just not what I hoped for!
